END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and BIGCRUNCH TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding the use of Retouch ("Application"). By downloading, installing, or using Retouch, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

2. License Grant

• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Retouch for personal or professional purposes, in accordance with these terms.
• This license does not grant ownership of the software, and all rights remain with BIGCRUNCH TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer Retouch.

3. Subscription & Access

• Retouch is provided on a subscription basis.
• You must have an active subscription to access and use the app.BIGCRUNCH TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
• Failure to renew your subscription will result in loss of access to Retouch.

4. User Responsibilities

• You may only use Retouch in compliance with applicable laws.
• Any misuse, including using the app for illegal purposes, is prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for the content you edit using Retouch.

5. Data & Privacy

• Retouch does not collect, store, or share any personal data.
• All processing occurs on your device, ensuring privacy and security.

6. Intellectual Property

• Retouch, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of BIGCRUNCH TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
• You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of Retouch without written permission.

7. Termination & Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you violate this EULA .
• If your subscription is terminated, you will lose access to Retouch at the end of the billing cycle.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Retouch is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or performance issues arising from the use of the app.

9. Governing Law

• This EULA is governed by the laws of Turkey.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

10. Updates to EULA

• We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of Retouch implies acceptance of the latest terms.
